The courtesy and care that the office personnel show their residents is beyond measure…..We lost our home to Hurricane Helene and were looking for a place to call home! Leasing could not have been easier and the community is awesome. Work orders are responded to quickly. Usually, the same day or next day. The property is very clean as are all the amenities. I love all the activities that are planned each week. Needless to say, the leasing experience was so much easier than I thought and the management team and staff are super nice ...and efficient. From the beginning, I loved the transparency around the monthly expenses and fees; I went into my tour of the property with a full understanding of how much I was going to pay, and whether the expense fit my budget.
