Renters Reviews and Ratings
Management and maintenance is unprofessional
June 29, 2021They tried to charge me for a washer that was already broken when they conducted the move in inspection with me! The maintenance man is extremely lazy. My refrigerator went out and was broken for 6 months; I lost all my food for that first month and they never tried to even repair or replace the refrigerator. They lost the key to my apartment that the office is supposed to have. The office manager/managers, it was so many different ones; never done their job, lost my money order and tried to make ...me pay rent again for the same month. If you want to be in a miserable apartment, then by all means, rent one of these; they wont let you down in the misery department!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
