Love calling this place home
April 4, 2023I have lived at Horizons West for four years. Pacifica is heaven, Sharp Park is my favorite neighborhood in Pacifica and that is where Horizons West is. Perfectly located with a view, everything in Sharp Park is close, although that hill can be a rip if you have more than one bag of groceries (I can’t lie) but you are close to groceries, restaurants, bars, coffee, dog parks, and the BEACH, you can not beat the location. The apartments are spacious, CLEAN building, nice people, dog friendly, easy ...to use portal for bill paying, laundry onsite. The negative comments that you have read are most likely attributed to the old management from prior to 2021 and the growing pains of change management that happened in 2022 (which I experienced myself but are totally expected when management companies change hands) I would say all of that has smoothed out and this building is better than it ever has been. The building management is great, but the FACILITY management is superb and that makes all the difference!! They have put a ton of money into repairs and cosmetic changes in the last two years. Noise Problem
March 25, 2021Have you ever wanted to eat, sleep and work in an earthquake simulator? If so, come on down to Horizons West first floor apartments! Here you can be shaken awake by people dropping weights in the gym starting no later than 5am! Then throughout the day you can make people on the other end of your zoom call question if everything is alright as the camera bounces every… 10… seconds… Hope you were not in an interview or need to have any sort of concentration because that ship has sailed! We can ...guarantee you will jump like a cat when it goes from full silence to questioning if the refrigerator fell over no less than 17 hrs a day. But the fun does not end there! Are you tired after a long day and just want to take a nap on the couch or maybe enjoy a dinner with the family? NO CHANCE! Let’s add in some battle ropes and slam balls to make sure you get that real earthquake atmosphere as the pictures rattle against the wall throughout the evening. ITS FREAKING AWESOME! But whatever you do, don’t think you can get to bed early and get your 8hrs of sleep because the fun does not stop till 10PM! So come on over to join in the fun and we can shake it out together!Property Manager Responded
