updated more and kept clean especially the laundry room facilities. The parking is also an annoying issue so make sure to be home early if you want to get a spot in front of your building. I hated the laundry situation and the washer and dryers are expensive, run down and made my clothes dingy.I did love the big patios and the sliding patio doors. High quality blinds inside are also great, and held up wonderfully! Thanks for a great 2 years!

it and the maintenance guy was there to fix it literally like an hour after I called :) Other then that, the apartment was just like the model and exactly how Felicia described! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!

footsteps and it's kind of embarrassing, especially if company is present. We hear the step at especially the wee hours of the night, every morning and every afternoon. I feel that if we are paying all the money that we have paid to live here, I believe that we should be living as comfortably as they are. We have asked you and them to keep it doing to nothing being done about it. One time, we had to call the police because it had gotten so very bad up there because they were fighting. We also had to call security about it, but they never showed up. Enough of that. As far as bugs, we have seen waterbugs and slugs, but never in the apartment. To make a long story short, if you know that footsteps are being heard, then no one should live above you and no one should live under the people that CAN hear it and get very tired of losing sleep. This is all I have to say. Improve all of the above and we would live here forever.

appliances, I was told that unless they were not working, then they wouldn't be exchanged... had this property not heavily advertised about updated kitchens/appliances I wouldn't be so upset. I feel the property mispresented itself x1000, and I'm so dissapointed... I would not recommend this property based on the lies alone...

fast forward to moving in 1.  The apartment was clean (they even put down new carpet, SHOCKER), I'm pleased but I know that there must have been a mess prior to me moving in.  2. ROACHES:  I saw about 2 roaches on the 2nd day there no big deal I'm sure the bombing process hasn't quite finished, fast forward to the 4th day I come to the apartment at night and turn on the lights in the kitchen and WOW, roaches everywhere.  Not only are they everywhere in the kitchen but they are coming from a crack in the living room UNDERNEATH the carpet.    I freaked out called maintenance and left a not so friendly voicemail.  Next day arrives and I speak to Kendra (she's the sweetest agent ever).  She assures me that the roaches will be gone soon as the apartment had recently been bombed (treated).  Cool, she's so assuring I take her word for it and trust me when I say she was right!  Had she not been I would have been very upset.  So since that incident I haven't seen many (maybe 4 in the past 5 months).  I can live with rarely seeing a roach because I know that they can come from other places, they just can't live with me!  Enough about roaches I occasionally have maintenance issues and they are right there when I need them so no issues there.  If it's after hours I can leave a voicemail and when I come home there's usually a note on the door indicating that they've been into my apartment and resolved the issue.  Staff is definitely good, they're always friendly...my personal fav is Kendra she's such a sweetheart, Shelly is very helpful as well as they are the main people I deal with. Overall this is a good place to live!
