April 17, 2016I recently moved into hornbrook Estates and I have had absolutely no problems so far. The staff has been amazing, they even volunteered to check on my dogs and make sure they were settling in okay while I was at work! The only complaint I have about the property is that there is no designated parking so if you get home later then it's hard to find a place nearby.Review from Apartments.com

April 8, 2016I wanted to take a moment and relate my experience with leasing an apartment at Hornbrook Estates. I recently leased an apartment at Hornbrook. I had explored many other properties on the east side of Evansville and Hornbrook won hands down. From my initial experience of application, (I had the pleasure of working with Erica, a new office employee at the time. She was effortlessly patient, miraculously kind, and made the move in process a piece of cake as we moved in just four days, prior to ...submitting an application.) all the way through the moving in process I have been very satisfied. I believe the property offers a very good cost for the space, amenities and utilities. Our two bedroom apartment has a ton of closet space witch was a very important factor to me. Great Place with Good People
April 7, 2016These apartments are in a great location off Green River road, just far enough away from where the traffic tends to build up, which makes coming and going a breeze. My one bedroom unit is wheelchair accessible with very spacious rooms; especially the bathroom. I love the fact that I can use my own washer and dryer and that I don't have to pay extra for water and trash pick up. As for the staff, I've mainly worked with Lydia and Erica, who have been very helpful every time I've had questions. Good apartment
April 7, 2016I recently moved into Hornbrooke, and have not had any problems so far. They were replacing the carpet in the halls, so there was some noise from that,but the hallway looks much better. Otherwise pretty quiet. I have not had trouble with parking or noisy dogs. I have seen some pets outside without owners but they tend to stay in their own area which doesn't bother me. Great location/best bang for your buck
July 31, 2015Located on south green river road, this apartment makes working in Henderson, ky an easy 15minutes drive. It's also just 5 minutes away from grocery stores, gyms, malls, and restaurants, etc on Green River Road in Evansville. It's minutes away of everything a city offers without all the noise and traffic. I'm very happy I was able to get an apartment in this area, 960 sq foot 2bedroom, pet friendly, and in great shape for only $580/month. --- water heat and sewer included! Seriously, it's ...awesome, very glad I didn't go to village green apartments across the street-- I would've lost ALOT of square footage!
