Apartment is in convenient location. Has amenities I desired; in-unit laundry, dishwasher, large closet, no carpet. Parking is ridiculously expensive at $200/month, on top of rent. The worst part is the multiple trains that run right beside the building. Several (about 9 every night) blow their whistles all night long. I get awakened at least every 2 hours. I have lived here for over 7 months and no, I have not gotten used to that. I will not be renewing my lease. I need my sleep and also moving ...
