Great stay
June 3, 2025I had a great time staying at this property. Although not fancy by any means, the apartment and public areas are always kept spotless and well lit. In the winters, sidewalks are plowed on a timely manner. Greg is one of the best managers I've met. The maintenance team is also very prompt and respectful. Repair requests are always performed the next day in my experience. The location right next to Grand River makes going anywhere a breeze. It is also safe here since there are hospital securities ...driving around constantly. Excellent Place to Call Home
August 25, 2014I've always notice this community due to having had to visit a loved one at the Botsford Hospital. I have checked it out now for quite some time and decided when I was going to move again that I should now attempt to make this my new home. Well finally after calling and calling due to lack of availability, I was told there is an apartment available for me with everything I am looking for and more.
