September 10, 2024Personally, I have not been super impressed with the quality of things at the Hub. We had to put in 3 maintenance requests the day we moved in, and still haven’t gotten them all fulfilled. However, the staff has been fairly friendly and helpful if I have questions.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2024My resident experience has been good so far. I live in a duplex and have been happy with the apartment thus far. Love my apartment and all the perks it comes with. I did have some issues contacting the Hub staff. Moreover, the gym is closed again, which has been very disappointing. I lived at the Hub during my sophomore year when the gym was being renovated and going through this experience is very annoying.Property Manager Responded
