    I enjoy the amenities, such as the study rooms. I also like how the interior of the apartment is very clean looking. If you have any trouble then it is easy to contact a staff. The walls are pretty sound proof.

    The Hub Blacksburg provides furnished rooms with a modern touch. There are plenty of bus stops near The Hub making the transit to campus less of a hassle.

    Personally, I have not been super impressed with the quality of things at the Hub. We had to put in 3 maintenance requests the day we moved in, and still haven’t gotten them all fulfilled. However, the staff has been fairly friendly and helpful if I have questions.

    My experience has been good, the staff are nice and the amenities are good. Convenient on the bus route and good space in the apartment is good. Only downside is that we have at least 5 lightbulbs out that have not been replaced.

    My resident experience has been good so far. I live in a duplex and have been happy with the apartment thus far. Love my apartment and all the perks it comes with. I did have some issues contacting the Hub staff. Moreover, the gym is closed again, which has been very disappointing. I lived at the Hub during my sophomore year when the gym was being renovated and going through this experience is very annoying.
