Leave certain amenities unlocked for general public too often which can become a hazard to the residents, also close pool way too early in the season if it really is heated as advertised

Good overall, room for improvement but nothing serious. For example the area around the pool being closed off just because the pool is closed is a huge negative and they can buy a cover to keep open the rest of the area for residents to enjoy
