August 25, 2024To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of some of my roommates as they made me feel a little unwelcome. The room itself and the apartment are very nice, I love the fitness facility. August 17, 2024Very nice service. Great Amenities. So far I have had a good experience in the 4x4 apartment. Great minimilistic design and window view. Make sure to sign early in the year to get a discounted price. This place also has a shuttle that goes to UCF so thats very convenient so you don't have to pay for parking and waste gas.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2024I have had a wonderful experience at the Hub and cannot wait to live here next year too!! The staff is very helpful and kind, and always available if you have any questions if you need anything. The property is always clean and organized! The gym and pool are some of my favorite places. The trash system is wonderful, they pick it up from your door most days a week which is so helpful! If there is ever any issues, the staff are happy to help and maintenance usually comes to fix your problem ...quickly (depending on the severity). I haven’t had a bad day at Hub and don’t think I ever will :)Property Manager Responded
