The amenities are great but need renovation, location is great on campus. I also feel that the passages could be kept cleaner, but study rooms are clean.

I like that this location comes furnished and with an attached parking garage. So much is walkable from this particular locations well, which helps.

The hub is a great choice for Purdue students. I leased a room for my child and we are both very pleased with the building and all the amenities. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have been living in the hub for awhile now, and I love it. I love being so close to campus, having a safe parking garage to park my vehicle, and an apartment with so many great amenities like a gym in the complex as well as a pool. I feel very safe living here, which is so important to me.

I’ve been in hub for two years and just renewed for a third. My roommate and I have had virtually zero issues and love being able to have our cats here too. Colby is a massive help every time I need to go to the office. Would highly recommend signing a lease here!
