    Maintenance has been very backed up/slow to answer requests. Parking has also not been great. Also a rowdier place due to being near The Strip.

    It’s okay. Maintenance is quite slow or just non existent because we put in multiple maintenance requests that have still failed to be even looked at. Also, the noise from a very specific suite on the 6th floor is bothering multiple units.

    Nice place so far but the package delivery system is poor and was very unclean during move in and seemed rushed to be cleaned. Bathrooms are nice and rooms have a decent amount of space.

    I lived here for my sophomore year and it was decent. The location to campus and the strip is hard to beat, but the quality of the apartment could be better. Hallways are very dirty.

    I like living here. The place is nice. I like it when people are quiet at night and the amenities are second to none. The staff members are very friendly also

    Good apartment when everything was working correctly and fixed. Amenities were usually out of order and appartment building itself was a mess, but good location and when pool was available it was great.

    I lived at the hub for 3 years. It got progressively worse each year. Maintenance rarely fixed the issues they claimed to, and I often felt unsafe as they removed courtesy patrol. And never put up working cameras. Cars were hit and broken into and they still refused.

    Love it here best apartment best workers. So close to campus with a rooftop pool that isn’t green like the other ones. Friendly residents and staff

    Pool never seemed to be the right temperature and constantly was broken and needed repairs that would shut it down for weeks. Garage always had a weird smell.

    It can get pretty loud in the apartment, but otherwise the complex is nice and the amenities are great. The gym is equipped with everything you need for a basic workout. The only downside is the air conditioning sometimes is not working.
