March 28, 2022You get charged a trash pickup fee but your trash doesn't always get picked up. You're not allowed to throw away your own trash because you get fined. They keep the trash compactors locked and the community cannot access them.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2022I do not feel valued or respected living here. The residents are nice, maintenance is good, but the buildings are very old. I've had to call over 18 maintenance issues since moving here a year ago which is absolutely too many. There are pest problems here even though they claim to spray each week. The worst thing I feel is just the management. Hudson Miramont is located in the hill country and is going to have insects, if you need to meet with pest control we can schedule that as well to ensure they are treating what you are having issues with. We do value and respect our residents and the email is the only way we can communicate with residents, I am not sure which emails you are calling agressive but I would be happy to discuss that with you as well to improve our communication with yo. March 15, 2022I'm a 10 year resident of the Hudson Miramont community and I love the people who take care of it, who help populate it and the people who live here. When we have a crisis (remember the Icecane of February 2022?), we all band together to assist each other and it's a beautiful experience. The pool is like a family reunion, all during the warm months. Hudson appears to be far away from downtown, however the reality is that it is a VERY short drive to the downtown area, is built next to a ...beautiful greenbelt and if you are a plant lover, next door to Natural Gardener. The residents are wonderful people who all seem to care about the community and the apartment complex.
