One of my favorite favorite things about living here is going down to the office for any questions or concerns and getting to meet a know Aleke Garcia! She is by far one of the kindest most helpful people I have ever dealt with when living in an apartment! No matter how trivial ...my concern might feel to me she always greets me with a smile and a great attitude! This has been home for me since I moved to Texas from Las Vegas and I love all the amenities, I love the location and I love how the office staff creates mixers for us tenants. I really feel at home here and can not say enough about my community!

Trash pickup is never on time, or they simply don't pick up at all. Water stays warm for 10-15 minutes, after that, you'd better enjoy cold showers.
