Strong Smells
March 12, 2026Prospective renters should be aware of two major issues I experienced while living here: ventilation and noise. Cooking odors from neighboring apartments travel very strongly through the vents and walls. The smell would come into the unit multiple times a day and was often strong enough to linger on clothes, towels, and furniture. I tried several solutions including an expensive air purifier, candles and home scent products, and magnetic vent covers, but none of them were ...effective. Management’s only suggested solution was for me to purchase my own furnace filter and they would install it, which did not resolve the problem. Noise between units is also a significant issue. Sound carries easily through the walls and ceilings, and noise from other apartments can be very loud. While the location and layout may work for some people, renters who are sensitive to strong odors or noise should take this into consideration before signing a lease.Property Manager Responded

Friendly staff and well built apartments
October 10, 2015I've been a long time resident and love the location of these apartments. You are in the center of ample restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, and fitness centers. The management staff is very professional and friendly. Spacious open floor plans to choose from and overall a nice place to live.Review from Apartments.com
