The rent is affordable , however I think the maintenance needs to. Do a better job and do what they say they are going to do. They are very nice though but my apartment has been an issue from day one . They have done well in trying to accommodate me someone either the property maintenance or the contractors they are hiring someone isn’t doing their job correctly because ...my sink fell in , multiple times without hot water and washing machine didn’t work . Now doors are coming off the tracks and they took it to fix and it has been 5 days now without my pantry door . The ac has went out multiple times . They are not being negligent it’s just someone isn’t doing things correctly in the maintenance area .Read More

This is our first apartment and they were very helpful and educating us on what we all need to do to rent. The cost to live here is also very reasonable. We love living here.

The apartments are old and stuff is going to break, but having maintenance be as good as they are is amazing. Apartments are relatively cheap and location is superb. Some minor upgrades could be done but I’ve heard some of those are being addressed

They tried to do their best to help us. Second, there are so many things to do here, and see around all the time, specially during the day. We can go walking, cycling to the grocery stores, banks, go eating, etc...a lot of choices. The residents are nice too! I like to go to the gym and to the pool.
