November 25, 2020I read a lot of bad stuff on the internet about how bad landlords are. It's honestly kind of hard to believe, since I've had Karen and Naomi working everything out for several years now. They're absolutely fantastic and honestly one of the best parts of living here. The maintenance crew is similarly amazing. They're quick, skilled, and attentive. They maintain the grounds, clear the trash, and are there same-day if you have an issue. August 11, 2015I love these apartments! They are on of the two best in the area. It is a smaller Gated community, giving a more personal vibe. The gates are kept closed, unlike other communities. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is the best I've experienced. The office managers have been their for years. The pool is always clean (even in the winter), the noise level is minimal: occasional sirens, and the response time to maintenance request is within 24-hrs. (excluding Sundays).
