Don’t bother
November 8, 2023The property management team has changed at least 3x in the 5 years we’ve been here. It claims to be a smoke free community but the smell of weed will greet you in the parking lot. It’s clear that decisions are not made with the customer in mind. Don’t waste your time or money with the place. Counting down the days until we’re out.Review from Apartments.com

October 19, 2018We chose Hunters Chase because of its excellent location. We can walk to Target, Kroger’s, Office Depot, Numerous restaurants and othe shopping locations. When we call about maintenance issues they are there quickly. At present the buildings are being updated with new siding and windows. August 13, 2015I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a small deck and a fireplace on the second floor. The apartment is bery clean and the complex is lovely. I have children and it has a pool and 2 playgrounds and a lot of grassy areas to play. All if the staff from the office staff to the maintance staff are very courteous and friendly. And any issues thst arise are taken care of quickly and with the utmost attention.Review from Apartments.com
Everything I was looking for in a great location
August 4, 2015The leasing staff is very nice and responsive in person and via email. I got a preferred-employer discount because I work for the county schools- a nice surprise! I haven't had cause to submit a maintenance request, but one of the maintenance staff did my move-in check with me and fixed the minor issues right away! The buildings are older, but everything is in good condition, well maintained, and appliances are fairly new. The one bedroom layout has tons of space! The big closet and separate ...laundry room are both nice features. I love the location- fairly quiet community, tons of food/shopping within walking distance, and feels much safer than being in the city.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
