Maintenance is very responsive!
October 6, 2020We sold hour house quickly and needed to find a place to live basically within 30 days during COVID pandemic. Cindy was great, very friendly, and the process of applying and moving in was very simple. I've been living here for 2 months and have to say I am very impressed with maintenance. So far the few times that I've needed to submit a maintenance request, they have responded almost immediately and fixed my issues within 24 hours of request. They are polite and follow CDC guidelines of wearing ...masks during COVID when entering the apartment. The neighborhood is also beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2020We love it here! So glad we found this community by accident while home hunting. The second we drove through just to check it out... we knew we wanted to call this place home. The grounds are picture perfect! It’s so peaceful both day and night. The layouts are perfect and very practical! Laundry off kitchen works wonders for a busy mom like me. Great amenities!!! Cindy was a pleasure from start to finish! Management seems to be on top of things & the location can’t be beat!!! I love it here
November 9, 2018This is a great place to live. I feel very safe walking/running in the area, even at night. There is always plenty of parking near my building. The gym is well maintained. Those at the office are always pleasant and responsive to any concerns. I never hear my neighbors (except steps from the upstairs apartment, which is to be expected). I love being able to walk to get Chinese food, sushi, pizza, nails done, 7-11 - all in the shopping center right next to the complex. It is a beautiful ...place.Property Manager Responded

Best Place to live in Marlton!
September 29, 2017My fiancé and I moved to Hunter's Chase in May! We have LOVED every moment of living here since! Everyone is welcoming and helpful! It is well maintained and staff is incredibly kind! Most of them even live here themselves.... if that's not proof of perfection, I'm not sure what is! This summer the pool was amazing, not to mention year round events, activities, and family movie nights! What could be better?! The gym is awesome! Great Apartment Complex!
June 1, 2017We enjoyed living here the past two years. They really do a lot to include you into the community and have fun events for you to get to know your neighbors. Also great location off of 70 and great accommodations with the pool, tennis courts and gym. We just moved out this month into our house and they were very flexible with us as far as our moveout date when we had some issues with closing. AMAZING!!
April 30, 2017My wife and I are originally From NYC. Moved To South Florida For a Few years and move back to NYC when our daughter was Born. But we missed the South Florida Lifestyle . We found hunters Chase one day while visiting south jersey and felt just like South Florida. And we literally Moved in a month later. Whenever we visit NYC out 2 year old daughter always cries to come back home to Hunters Chase. She's love the playground and the movie night in the club house. and the rest of the amenities that ...they offer. No better feeling them coming back home after a trip out of state. Great place to live!
February 21, 2017I lived here a few years ago and decided to move back in July on 2016 specifically because of my first experience here. The complex itself is clean, quiet, and the staff in the front office is always accommodating. Maintenance staff is always quick to help and friendly. The location is also great as it is not directly on major roads (making it quiet) but these major roads (70/73 and 295) are easily accessible! Snow Removal and maintenance...
January 12, 2017We moved in 9 months ago and this is our first time renting in 25 years. We were not sure what to expect in general. Hunter's Chase gets an A I had to work Sunday morning and was out by 8AM. EVERYTHING was already cleared and salted!!! What a great team they have here. They were out all night with the blowers. We had a plumbing emergency one night at 11PM and I left a message, within 10 minutes Jose appeared at our door ready to work with a smile.He was efficient and tidy even at ...such a late hour.
