I really like living at hunters gate. The property manager Debbie is so kind, she’s always willing to help if I need something. The maintenance guys Lonnie and Mike are incredible as well. They’re quick to fix the problem and they’re so nice and they interact with myself and my kids which is hard to come by. The neighbors are all really kind and I never have a problem with noise levels which is hard to come by in complex living. Out of the 5 apartments I’ve lived in I’m my life time this has ...
definitely been the best experience. Plus you get a washer and dryer in the unit so it’s not shared between the complexes which is a win all in itself. 10/10 recommend hunters Gate!

Don’t apply here. They’ll say you meet qualifications, take your application money, and then change their minds almost immediately. This is low income housing, so it’s not as though applicants have $90 to just throw away. Thanks a lot! (<—sarcasm).
