I have lived in several apartment communities and by far this place is the best. It is not new but it is clean and safe and Pretty. The staff are all great and treat us with such respect. I love it here. Love it here

Black Mold evil management and Maintenance Thief’s!!!!

Worst place ever mold and they steal your deposit then send you a bill for more money they have you sign a mold paper watch out windows are old heat goes right out they say wood burning fire place then tell you no burning wood Maintenance lives there and is just as evil as her they go in your place with out you there my baby had a rash all over her face from the black mold then moved out it went away if you value your health and money don’t move here no heat in what they call a gym

Worst place ever do not live here!!!

They stole my deposit 1,000 then sent me a bill for 300 more for a 1 bedroom with no damage to the apartment just damage to my stuff from the mold they have you sign mold paper because they know of the problem and don’t care mold in every room finally I get them to come look after Dealing with it forever then they torn down a wall and told me it had to air out for days black mold while my newborn sleeps right there and she said that was ok gym is a joke 1 treadmill old and no heat car got ...
scratched probably got tired of me complaining about the mold windows are old all heat goes out and Moisture when it rains good for the mold...please please don’t live here read what you are signing thanks for reading hope I save someone from this place

Best Apartment I've Lived At!

I just moved out of Hunters Glen Apartments after living there for over a year and I'm sad to leave. If I didn't have to relocate for work I wouldn't have moved. Management was very kind and extremely helpful! I work night shift and whenever there was maintenance that had to be done, they came in a timely manner and worked with my schedule. Everyone that works there are always so upbeat and kind. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It is quiet and tucked in far enough from the mainroad ...
but close to I-5 making it accessible. The unit is well priced for the amount of space I got. It had washer and dryer which is a big plus and included a covered spot allocated to me. Even when I moved out, they gave me the best tips regarding where to clean and things to do to maximize my deposit return. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend living here.

Great apartments located in a safe quiet neighborhood

Hunters Glen are nice apartments. They are located in a quiet neighborhood. The area is very safe. Neighbors are nice never any loud music. I love that the units have washer and dryer in them. The water is paid by the apartments so that's extra money in your pocket. And the pricing isn't very high for this nice located apartments. It would be great if they had a pool but unfortunately they don't. Pets are welcomed 25 and under
