Commotion from children, management is ignorant

This community is poorly managed, its dominated by kids who play throughout the day. They shout at the top of their voices, hit balls at your windows, damage cars. Parents do not care. Management tells us to come to them when they have broken something. They even asked me to stay out of my house during daytime to avoid the noise!

Our team has communicated with residents, reminding parents to be mindful of where children are playing and to avoid play near apartment buildings to help minimize noise and prevent damage to windows and other property.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Management is the absolute worst. Apartments are old and falling apart. Rent is very high and not worth it. Apartments dont have individual water main shut offs. So if something goes wrong in one of the apartments in your building, everyone's water will be shut off

Love this place! Staff is attentive and always wants to assist. Property is clean & safe. Apartments range in size and upgrades, with newly beautifully renovated options. Clubhouse is exceptional. 3 pools with inground for kids as well, plus 2 grill/picnic areas! Definitely #1 in this area!

Toured based on the updated exterior/interior in the photos. Their resident clubhouse matches, but the actual apartments are fairly run down, small, and absolutely nothing like the pictures. Apartments listed in the photos make up 1/100 of the actual neighborhood. Not worth your time if you are looking for an updated space

Can’t recommend enough that you stay FAR AWAY from this place. I toured an apartment that was nothing like the photos (old, outdated, dirty), and then they wanted a $325 deposit from me even though I wasn’t taking the unit!! They then proceeded to send me to collections for the $325. If you want to live somewhere nice don’t even tour here because they will charge you $325 and send you to collections even if you don’t want to move in!
