Nice Nesting Place

Great place to live!
July 2, 2024The staff here are AMAZING!!! Always pleasant, courteous and helpful! It doesn't matter how stupid your question is or how often you ask for help, they are always there when I have a problem, large or small. They do a great job keeping our sidewalks clear of ice and snow, in addition to taking care of 168 apartments. The grounds are well maintained. The new laundry equipmentis awesome! Horrible management, everything needs repaired
July 13, 2021Horrible place to live. Thin walls, mold, nothing gets fixed, water leaks, mice, management lies and will always try to get some kind of extra money from you. Management will leave notes on your door all the time but will never answer phone calls. Nothing gets fixed and they will rip you off in every way they think they can get away with. There needs to be an Investigation into the horrible upkeep of this place and of the front office management.Review from Apartments.com
A dive
January 15, 2020Super thin walls and floors, I can hear a tiny noise above me. Carpet shot, linoleum peeling up. They quit paying mediacom so they may lie and say we have Internet or cable but we dont. They told us not to buy Internet on our own as there is an issue with the modems. Very Inconsiderate Apartment Property
December 28, 2017I had planned to move in to Hunter's Glen but after paying my app fee and paying $100 to hold the apartment, I finally was able to see one in person. During that walk through, I was then told that it didn't have the washer and dryer connection. Which one a main reason I had chose Hunter's Glen. They refused to give me the $100 back even though they had failed to tell me about the connections. They are very nonprofessional and would not recommend this complex.Review from Apartments.com
