Roaches
October 27, 2025Roaches are present, heavyset leasing agent is aggressively rude. She thinks she owns the apartments, but fail to realize she’s only the “Help”. Apartment was half clean upon move in. Make sure you take photos and videos before moving out, they will try to charge for every little thing because they’re upset you’re moving. Hallways smell of urine, Just don’t move here.Property Manager Responded

do not be fooled by the reviews
December 6, 2024this place was garbage, it was a terrible experience for me and my roommate. if you love to smell weed 24/7 and wake up every night to loud music shaking your apartment then this is the place for you. wouldnt even reccomend my worst enemy to live here.Property Manager Responded

Do not move here!
January 5, 2022The apartments are filthy , washers and dryer don’t work (I told the offic about it they basically told me it was they’re job and to call the number on the washer). They don’t fix anything or clean the only apartment building that looks decent and doesn’t smell like pee and marijuana is the office building! They charged me for a whole month of rent after I moved out a year later and put it on my credit I called the woman in the office said I had to email the manager because she doesn’t know ...anything about the charge but the icing on the cake is she didn’t even know when the manager would be back. (Office is full of people who don’t know how to do they job) I emailed the manager he never responded so now I have a charge for a months rent on my credit for after I moved out. Noisy but clean
September 21, 2016The apartments are nice and clean for what you're paying for because the area is nothing special. You can literally hear everything your neighbors do. You hear Walking around upstairs or playing music all day. There is no good cell phone service in the buildings either. Never had any issues with management or getting maintenance done.Review from Apartments.com
Not a bad a place
September 18, 2015I lived here for two years and haven't had any problems with the leasing managers. They have worked with me to resolve any issues that I may have arise. The size of my apartment is a nice size for what I pay for, plus there are utilities included in the rent, which makes it better. The location isn't far from the University of Toledo, which attracts more college students. It can be quite and peaceful and sometimes there is more drama and unwanted negative attention that isn't needed. The location ...is also a negative thing as well because traffic is terrible; its hard to turn into the apartments during rush hour.
