Roaches

Roaches are present, heavyset leasing agent is aggressively rude. She thinks she owns the apartments, but fail to realize she’s only the “Help”. Apartment was half clean upon move in. Make sure you take photos and videos before moving out, they will try to charge for every little thing because they’re upset you’re moving. Hallways smell of urine, Just don’t move here.

this place was garbage, it was a terrible experience for me and my roommate. if you love to smell weed 24/7 and wake up every night to loud music shaking your apartment then this is the place for you. wouldnt even reccomend my worst enemy to live here.

The apartments are filthy , washers and dryer don’t work (I told the offic about it they basically told me it was they’re job and to call the number on the washer). They don’t fix anything or clean the only apartment building that looks decent and doesn’t smell like pee and marijuana is the office building! They charged me for a whole month of rent after I moved out a year later and put it on my credit I called the woman in the office said I had to email the manager because she doesn’t know ...
anything about the charge but the icing on the cake is she didn’t even know when the manager would be back. (Office is full of people who don’t know how to do they job) I emailed the manager he never responded so now I have a charge for a months rent on my credit for after I moved out. This place is not worth the hassle . Don’t waste your time or money
