Decent property, terrible neighbors
January 7, 2023The area for the most part is quiet and conveniently close to a couple of grocery stores and gas stations. Management is helpful and maintenance is always on top of work orders. Unfortunately, a lot of the residents here smoke inside their apartments or in their cars so all your stuff will smell like smoke. Some people are leaving trash everywhere around the parking lot. If you have a handicap tag on your car, good luck getting into a handicap spot because people without tags will still park in ...them.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2020When things are needed the staff are on top of it immediately and the grounds are kept manicured in the year round. Its very quiet and the kind of place I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live. I love that the staff is so interactive and seem to know everyone when you walk in the door.Property Manager Responded

Hunters run apartment
April 21, 2017The apartments are very nice and quiet. Maintenance is excellent. The only problem that I have is with the New apartment manager she's very rude she doesn't know how to talk to people with respect. I asked her a question and she tried to argue with me about something that was irrelevant she does not know how to do her job.Property Manager Responded

Hunter's Run Apartments
August 17, 2015I feel safe living here for the past few years. It's close to my job just minutes away from Peach Tree Mall. I enjoy the community our leasing staff are very fun and always planning events for us to come and fellowship together. I enjoy the convenience of driving to the Gateway area shopping malls it's the best location for my current job. We have teenagers but they are not running around the community, we rarely see them until Summer break, of course the pool area is the cool spot to hang out! I ...love the fact that packages can be left at the leasing office until we return home. I love this place and I'm always trying to find new neighbors to move into our community to join in on the fun!! It's bonus to have Referral Program as well!!!Property Manager Responded
