October 30, 2025We're very happy here, especially after our last location. Janae helped us very much and was incredibly pleasant and caring during our move in process, and maintenance is timely and thorough. We were given all new carpets on move in, and have had no issues with bugs, leaks, mold- nothing! And for the price its hard to beat. The online pictures don't do it justice either, the rooms are much larger in person. Def check them out!Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2022New management took over in 2020 and has gone downhill since then. They do not care about the tenets and are often disrupting the lives of tenets. Part of that is making “improvements” such as cutting large holes in the wall and putting a board over it. We also have had the popcorn ceiling in our bathroom peeling off and when they came to fix it they did not repaint or refinish it. They will do work with little to no notice around the apartment. In circumstances where notice is required they ...give a multiple week time span and give no further updates as to when the work will be done. The contractors they hire do not care about the work being done and do a slap job of getting it done with as little effort as possible. The maintenance workers are nice people and do what they can but the office workers are terrible and rude. If you call with questions they have no answers and will simply say “I’m sorry we didn’t have any notice of this work taking place”. They have recently torn out all the beautiful trees you see in the pictures so now all you see is the other ugly apartment buildings. They also installed lights on the back porch and removed the light switch sighting “safety concerns”. That light shines directly into the bedrooms. October 7, 2015This is the perfect Apartment building if you want a quick walk to Birkdale Village and shop at the various stores or eat at the great restaurants there. There is also a nice GreenWay to walk, bike, skate or run through. The whole area is very well maintained unlike others. The apartments in this community share a large courtyard with a Pool & grill, adjacent gym and a tennis court nearby. It also includes a Storage area for your boats, Jet Skis and other recreational vehicles.
