Beautiful View with worst management
November 5, 2024Had a decent experience until decided to transfer to a bigger unit and regional manager Angie crushed the good experience into the worst one. Before dealing with this new staff I would have recommended the place . They just fired the good employees. Maintenance employees don't last plus takes weeks to get anything fix and if they do is a very cheap labor repair. Just a pretty place with the worst leasing team . New owners
August 6, 2021North Carolina limited liability company is now the new owners and upon switching to new owners they claim my payment which was set up to autopay on the 4th was late because they wanted it on the 3rd. They say they sent put a letter that stated that but we never got it and they refused to reason about this ridiculous late fee.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible experience
February 18, 2019One of the WORST places I’ve ever been a resident at. Extremely big invested and overall not a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely rude and doesn’t attend to your needs. The Geese are Friendly :)
August 26, 2016I've only been here a month but am very happy. I love the area, the trees, the pond, the size of the apartment and the maintenance people are so nice and helpful. The grounds are kept up very well. The pool and gym are clean. The mailboxes are in a building. There are enough dumpsters for everyone and maintenance people make sure there is no garbage on the ground. The playground is great. The apartments do show their age some but that is to be expected with the number of people who have probably ...lived in them over the years. They are kept up well though. The doors and windows don't have gaps. I could see the sun shine in around the door where I used to live and it was more expensive. There is good drainage when it rains and I don't have to walk through puddles like I did elsewhere. I love being able to walk around the neighborhood and the Morrisville Gym is right across the street. The Morrisville Park is close by and there are places to shop and eat everywhere. Duck Pond Circle; now, with geese!
August 8, 2015Huntington Apartments and Athletic Club is a great place to start when moving into the Triangle area of North Carolina. There is the Duck Pond in the center of the complex located in Morrisville, NC. Currently, it is occupied by a flock of geese and a heron. The complex is ideally situated with access to the main thoroughfares leading to the RDP and other employment and educational centers. The apartment buildings are arrayed around the pond in bucolic splendor. Expansive lawns, lots of ...trees, a swimming pool and tennis courts. Just down the street is the Morrisville Park and Greenway. During the summer they show outdoor movies and fireworks on the 4th of July! The complex is the perfect location to see that show with no worry about parking! The Clubhouse has a workout room with several machines and the Pool available to all residents. Across the street is the Morrisville Aquatics Center with a year-round pool and lots of classes for reasonable fees. The Huntington Apartments staff are dedicated and hard-working. The buildings are well-kept and the Maintenance Staff is responsive and competent. Many residents start off at Huntington Apartments and move on to first home purchases after a few years. We've stayed on as long-term residents here because it is affordable and comfortable. It's a friendly community within the complex and the nearby neighborhoods. August 9, 2015i live in this complex for 3 years.at he beginning the rent was affordable but they start hiking up pretty fast.this year alone it jumped 60 bucks which is kinda crazy.overall it is a semi decent property .the staff and management are agreeable .and it is close by a lot of businesses and shops in the heart of the triangle.ooh by the way i dont know about other aparts but mine i like it is petty spacious with a lot of closet space.but the noise level can be soaring.Review from Apartments.com

March 20, 2013This apartment community and maintenance staff are great. I had the shower head mess up on a friday afternoon at 4:50pm and by 5pm a new shower head was being installed.
