February 19, 2025There's a lot I could say negatively about this complex but the worst of it all is that the water has to be shut off at least once a week, and the heat, like really? If it's not water it's the heat and this is ridiculous. Neighbors leave trash outside their door for days, the trash dumpsters run over with trash. People are allowed to move in at all hours of the day or night. Home away from home
October 5, 2022You can forget all the negative reviews.... this place has changed dramatically over the past year. Everything from new management to upgrades in all the units and the maintenance supervisor Thomas really goes out of his way to make sure everything in your place is working right. My Wife and lived here for a short period of time over the past year using it as a transition place while we were selling our house and looking for one in Riverview. Terrible
September 7, 2018Recently moved out, bed bugs, roaches, rats, mice, drugs, apartment very hot, air conditioning works horrible GOSSIP TENTANTS THAT THINK THEY OWN THE PLACE and tell others what they can and cannot do. They think they can pull that with me too, don't think so. They are called the Group that sits in the corner..... by other tenants. Same tenants in and out of the office telling on other tenants on a daily basis. Texting property manager and taking pictures of tenants for things they want ...other tenants violated for, beware you could be on candid camera. Read all reviews on Huntington so that you make the right choice. Several people moving out and several still there unhappy. Advertise Laundry Facilities, don't work a majority of the time. Paid on two places just so I could move out of this rodent bug infested place. Property Manager was a joke. Nice place, bad management
June 30, 2018The apartments are nice and maintenance is decent but don’t bother calling if you need anything. The manager, Dayna acts like the residents are such an inconvenience to her, she’s rude and half the time too lazy to answer the phone and the mailbox has been full since I’ve lived here. Also don’t bother paying for parking cause people always take your spot and all the lazy manager has to say about that is “we’re aware of the problem” but nothing gets done.Review from Apartments.com
Awful customer service
December 1, 2017My 22 year old fiancé and I called to try to see a 2 bedroom apartment, and the lady who answered the phone gave me awful attitude and then proceeded to set the phone down (to where I could still hear her) and complain to her boss about me asking simple questions. Then, when the call was passed on to the boss, he simply laughed at everything I said. Claimed that me (19years old) and my fiancé (22 years old) weren’t adults and they wouldn’t rent an apartment to me.
