Great place
May 21, 2020I’ve lived in Huntington Manor for 5 years now. It’s a great place to live! Single story so you don’t have to worry about noisy upstairs neighbors. Management handles things in a timely manner. The laundry was just switched to a new company so it is now cheaper. The dog park is clean and has recently been renovated from grass to AstroTurf. My only complaint is that some people get multiple covered parking spots while others in 2 bedrooms only get one covered and one uncovered spot. Also, the ...smoking!!!! If you are lucky enough to have a considerate neighbor that goes outside the gates on the main streets to smoke you are lucky. Me, not so much. My neighbor smokes on her patio and even after multiple complaints to management, nothing has been done. I know multiple tenants with the same complaint. That in itself has now forced me to look for other accommodations once my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

May 15, 2014We moved here in 2005. Couple miles from the beach, dog beach, and dog park! Every time i have any problem big or small, the management is on it. Really just the best people. Very few apartments in HB that allow dogs and cats! They recently made a small dog park! Only thing i wish we had was a pool. But the beach is right there.Property Manager Responded
