Bad place
August 16, 2019Bad place, the maintenance does nothing and, even so, the only thing the administration says is that it regrets it. I got the apartment unpainted and the air conditioner was no longer working. The cabinets are broken since before delivery and said that it would be fixed before delivery and I have been with the problems and the broken balcony for 3 months. the garbage only look for it when they remember even though they pay $ 28 for it monthly. Los gabinetes están rotos desde antes de la entrega y dijeron que se arreglarían antes de la entrega y he estado con los problemas y el balcón roto durante 3 meses. la basura solo la busca cuando la recuerdan a pesar de que pagan $ 28 mensualmente. Don’t bother.
April 26, 2019Their office is inept. Thought I was going to move here but I most definitely WILL NOT BE. Went and saw the apartments, they quoted a price, made all kinds of promises, agreed to extend the promo for 48 hrs til I got paid and 48 hours later when I called to apply they completely failed to follow through on their word. The $500 off of rent was now $300. Fine, whatever. Then they suddenly didn’t know if they were going to have an apartment for me in July now and “I never said when I was going to ...move in” when I know I did because I already have an apartment and a lease so I can’t get out of it sooner. It’s just insane. Every time I said something she had to put me on hold to ask her Manager and then the Manager was telling me she never said that. December 21, 2018Pros: It seems like a safe community and we love how quiet it is. The grounds seem well kept and the pool looks really nice. We like the natural light and the hard floors in the living area and kitchen. The communication we've had with the staff has been very positive and everyone is really friendly and helpful. Cons: The floor plan is smaller than what we've paid less for before (in another state). We were surprised to find the apartment much dirtier than we expected. It didn't seem like ...professional cleaners came in at all. There was (and still is) cat hair in the carpet, especially along the edges of the baseboards, as well as in the fireplace. There is dirt build up in the light switches and in other areas and dirty drip stains on the bathroom door. I hope when it comes time to move out, we won't be charged for extra cleaning. We received our full deposit back from our last apartment because we left it cleaner than when we moved in, and we will do the same here.
