    I've had a great experience living at Huntington, the staff has always been really friendly, maintenance requests are handled as quickly as possible, the community has always been clean and quiet & is why I been here for 4 years I also really appreciate the events they have been hosting lately, sweet lady's in the office.     I have a friend that has lived there for 3 years and she loves it. I myself will be moving in at the end of the month. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. The office staff is very kind and also very helpful. I have seen bad reviews but after seeing the place myself and knowing my friend has been there 3 years it does not seem like a bad place. My kids are going to love the big playground they have and enjoy the sparkling pool...

    Haven’t lived here long, won’t be living here much longer. Currently our hot water has been shut off for 2 WEEKS! No showers, No running dishwashers, no hot water to wash clothes… this complex is uninhabitable without hot water! This time is excessive, and they tell you one thing, like, “hot water is off, it will be on tomorrow”. This complex has been nothing but problems. They don’t tell you that there’s NO AIR in the laundry rooms! It’s 100 degrees outside, but the laundry room is 140 degrees! ...

    My wife and I moved out of Greenwater's newly purchased Huntington Park Apartments in Tucson, AZ on 7/31/2021. We have still yet to see our deposit returned. We have called into the leasing office several times now and are told every time "checks are cut at corporate and you will need to contact them." However, we have been unable to ever successfully get someone on the phone at corporate and the leasing office claims "we have the same number for corporate as you." Poor management all around, we ...
    left the complex after living there for almost 5 years, loved it until this new company came in and turned the place into a constant construction zone with little to no projects fully completed since they began in December 2020. Run any other way and avoid this company and any complex they oversee like the plague if you want any enjoyment where you live.

    I have recently moved from this complex due to the tremendous increase in rent, $300 per month! It is a beautiful complex, however new owners are do not have tenants as #1 priority. Pool was closed for the entire summer, actually over 7 months being remodeled. Washers and dryers constantly broken. It use to be such a wonderful, simple place. Just too chaotic now……too many projects go unfinished.

    New owners just took over and raised the rent by almost $150 a month. Yes its a quiet place with trees and grass..but your apartment has no washer and dryer nor upgraded appliances. Save your money and go elsewhere. New company just wants to make money.
