Huntington Place is a true gem in Columbia, SC. I have lived here for over a year and a half, and could not be more pleased with my experience. - The leasing staff is WONDERFUL! They are so nice, helpful, and quick to respond. I've had packages delivered to my doorstep while I was out of town, and the leasing team brought it inside after I gave them a quick call. It's the little things that go a long way! - The maintenance crew is GREAT! They have a quick turnaround time, even for small ...
requests like unclogging a drain, paint touchups, and light bulb replacements. I have never had any major maintenance issues (broken AC, leaks, bugs, etc). - The storage space is unbeatable. Each bedroom has a big walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space to fit an entire wardrobe. The pantry/laundry room is also huge with six 5ft shelves. Most other apartments don't even have a pantry. The storage closet on the balcony has ample space for Christmas trees, extra chairs, or whatever your heart desires. Each bathroom has a small linen closet with 5 shelves that's perfect for towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. There's also a coat closet by the front door that can fit a ton of coats, a vacuum, & much more. - The bedrooms are large enough to fit a queen or king bed with nightstands on both sides along with a desk, dresser, and large mirror. You won't be tight on space in the bedrooms. - LOCATION! Extremely close to I-77, Target, Marshalls, Walmart, Whole Foods, Food Lion, Aldi, Chick-Fil-A, Ulta, Goodwill...the list goes on. You can get to Devine St, Downtown Columbia, William's Brice Stadium, and the heart of Forest Acres in 15 minutes or less. - Huge pool! Columbia is HOT, so having a big pool was a must for me. There's plenty of chairs and it's never fully packed. - Ample parking space! I've always been able to park right in front of my building. No specified guest parking or guest tags, like many other apartments. I could go on and on about all of the reasons why I love living here. If you are moving to Columbia or relocating apartments, Huntington Place is where you want to be!

We have been living here for a few months now and couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing, maintenance is quick and friendly, and our neighbors are awesome. They maintain the property and pool beyond my expectations. Love it here!

Very well maintained! The pool is always clean and usually not crowded. Neighbors are mostly military or college students, but respectful college students. It's very peaceful here. The ladies in the office and maintenance are wonderful! I'm sad to be moving so soon! Well worth what we pay!!
