August 15, 2024Terrible place to live. Had roaches in my apartment and it took them a month to come and spray. I have to stay on them as I still have them everywhere. I don't even stay here. I stay with my girlfriend it's so bad!Property Manager Responded

Do not be afraid of the reviews!!!
September 30, 2023We were moving here from out of state. I read the reviews and thought that we should research another apartment. I contacted the office and spoke with Sara and asked about the reviews. She explained to my satisfaction that you can not please everyone. We completed the application and we wereapproved approximately 48 hrs. Sara was fantastic as she walked me thru how to pay my deposit and wish us safe travel. When arrive to sign our lease she was helpful and friendly and helped with FedEx to ...delivery my furniture directly to our apt door. I love apt has cozy and inviting. I love my patio in the morning as all I need to do is get a rug and some plants. The only downfall is I wish there was more storage space. For price it is worth taking a tour of the complex. Cozy home with some quirks
September 22, 2023I have been living here for a year to go to Texas tech nursing school and it has worked fairly well. It’s close to everything you need and can easily make it your own. Great place to live!

I love it!
September 9, 2023I have completely loved my stay at Huntington Pointe. Very clean and professional. When I moved in they told me they were undergoing new management and I can tell they are working hard on making changes already! They have had lots of landscaping done here recently and It looks wayyyy better! I feel like it is a very safe and well-lit area at night time which is very important to me. Mainenance makes sure to always come in a short period of time after I put in a request. Also I LOVE my apartment ...because it is very spacious and has a washer and dryer, while being the best price in Amarillo. Overall I'm super happy here!!Property Manager Responded
