Things You should know before moving here
March 6, 2024Ive been here for about 2 years. When I first moved in, I'd say it was great. However, things have changed & I no longer enjoy living here. pros: the layout is nice. theres a dishwasher, big closets, a tub, some of these things are rare in complexes, so this is nice. the cons: literally everything else. i dont even know where to start. First, there is an unknown sinkhole that has been here since summer. it sat for many months, with no one working on it. But now, in the dead of winter they ...start construction. this is a big problem because the noise from the machines is pretty constant & DAILY, starting at like 7 am. it makes it incredibly irritating & honestly at times impossible to work from home. I called to inquire about when i could expect it to finish, & staff told me "i dont know what you expect me to do about it. theres at least 6 more months of renovations" this is really a huge hinderance b/c complete apartments are blocked off & they moved the garbages to be directly in front of one person's apartment. Managment DOES NOT CARE about how annoying this is for a tenant. They also re painted all of the railings before dealing w/ the sinkhole issue, when no one cares about paint chips on the railings, i would actually rather not be woken up at 7 am sharp every morning by constant loud beeping. dont expect to get packages delivered here unless you can ensure they will be put in the amazon hub. people are not friendly here & theres a lot of crime here. I was personally a victim of package theft & also the KIA boys breaking into my vehicle here. the pool was closed more than it was open this summer. this is not an exaggeration. the reason they gave is bc they "didn't have anyone to staff it" but when there is "staff" there it's just one of the neighbors (a tenant that lives here) & i can assure you she is not a lifegaurd or trained in any way. she literally would just sit at a table & make you check in, thats it. but thats their reason for why they refuse to open the pool. speaking of ammenities, the laundry machines here don't work--the dryers never completely dry my clothes even after running 3+ times, just a waste of money. i contacted staff here & they told me *I* have to contact the laundry company in order for it to be fixed. Melissa is a wonderful staff member with great customer service, but i cant say the same for any other staff. They are all incredibly rude. it is not worth the high cost! overall, I DO NOT recommend.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2023When I moved here I told myself and family I finally found my happy place. What used to be a very nice inviting beautiful place to live, however, I’m sad to say, it’s turning into a resident’s nightmare, it reminds me of the city of Hartford where I grew up. Very loud music while driving by, speeding without disregard of children crossing street to the pool/playground. Mechanical work being done on vehicles, balconies loaded with vehicle tires, rims, appliances. Dumping garbage inside ...recycle bins, garbage bags left outside the bins where rodents tare them up, throwing large flattened empty boxes without flattening them up which leaves no room. An increase smell of disgusting marijuana. Rude adults and disrespectful children especially to the elderly. Also large pets and Pitt bulls which I thought weren’t allowed. Large furniture and especially mattresses just thrown anywhere around the garbage in no kind of order. Underneath Stairs leading to the second level and walk through are not being properly maintained.Property Manager Responded

DO NO MOVE HERE
July 8, 2023Unfortunately I am forced to write a very negative review after my experience living here for a year. The apartment is just a money trap for the tenants. The administration looks for anyway possible to screw you at the end of your lease. I unfortunately do not have one nice comment to say about the leasing office they were rude and treated residents like they were below them. The apartments are out of date and when your lease is up they will keep your security deposit to redo most of the ...apartment. This is also a rough area I had several packages stolen right off my patio. Also be aware if you do ignore this and rent here a regular sized couch does not fit through the doors. The only reason they get 2 stars is cause the parking is nice. Also the pool is nice but it’s never open.Property Manager Responded
