April 10, 2025My husband and I have been living at Huntley Ridge in Battlefield for 6 years. Just on the edge of the city limits it's an amazing location. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is very well taken care of. The staff and maintenance are friendly and accommodating, willing to help however they can with whatever issues may pop up in a timely manner. April 7, 2025I just renewed my lease here. I love the area, its quiet and feels like a safe spot. I'm a little miffed that they are charging us for water & sewer now, but since the rent didn't increase a lot, I can deal with it. January 9, 2016There are a few things that are NOT true. There are NO birds or fish allowed. Their Renter's Insurance is Mandatory and it is not Renter's Insurance but a policy which covers only their property damage. With the Renter's Insurance if you want to be covered for liability or your own personal belongings you have to get a second policy. You pay for the sewer as part of the rent. In some advertisements for this property they say it is "No Smoking". Totally not true. In the morning my Kitchen smells ...so bad that I have to turn the exhaust fan on. Obviously I am a non-smoker and a rare breed in this complex. Most of the people are smokers. The interior is nice and newer. A lot of space and great views.
