Love this place
November 6, 2022I have lived in these apartments for 2 years and have not experienced anything bad. Need something fix? They send someone out right away. Have an issue? Call them and they will take care of it. My AC went out this past summer and they sent a crew out 2 days later with a new one to install.Review from Apartments.com
Not quiet at all
June 1, 2021Similar to another review, the walls don't seem to contain noise very well and you can hear conversations through the walls. Even worse though is the fact that cars race up and down South Huron Rd almost every night, sometimes even during the day. Horrible noise pollution. And if you're unlucky enough to be YMCA facing, people often rev and spin their tires in the parking lot both during business hours and late at night.Review from Apartments.com
Run don't walk
October 13, 2017We've lived in many apartments and have never had as many issues as we've had here. It looks good in the pictures, but the apartments are poorly constructed - closet doors fall off, towel racks fall off the wall, cabinet hinges come loose. You can hear your neighbors conversations clearly. The AC units are in the wall of your living room - so you won't hear your television all summer. When we've called for maintenance, all we got in response was issues with poor management and threats that ...we'd be charged! Speaking to neighbors, they've had similar issues and are also looking to get out. We've heard nothing but complaints and stories about residents getting screwed. The property manager isn't on site and the central office is no help - you'll get passed from one to the next and any advice given isn't followed up on. All they care about is your money. Beautiful Apartments
August 3, 2015I lived here when the apartments were first being built, and the construction was somewhat annoying. They did compensate for the inconvenience. We also had mold issues which required us to run a dehumidifier for at least 6 months of our one year residency there. Other than that, the apartments were wonderful.
