October 30, 2020This apartment complex is located in a convenient area, but the shiny outside and renovated apartments are not worth the money! The halls are always dirty and reek of trash, cigarettes, and weed. The company advertises security cameras in use, but will admit that they don’t work when asked. Packages have been stolen multiple times from multiple people and Epic Management refuses to do anything about it. Doors are left open allowing non-residents/non-guests to enter whenever. Repairs on anything ...take forever and they will charge you for something that is not your fault. Don’t let the renovations fool you, this place is NOT worth the amount they charge. No workout facilities. No pool or hot tub. They do not ice the parking lot or walk ways in the winter. Definitely not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
