March 24, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOffice staff/property management is terrible to deal with, they are only focused on Nickle and diming people. You can never get anyone on the phone there. READ the fine print in your contract! Internet is the worst if you plan to work from home or just use it in general, Dish is the only provider available and you are forced to pay for it and pay for 20+ channels with the worst quality. Parking is hit or miss because the gates for the "gated community" are always open leaving it opened to the ...public. Train tracks are located right beside the complex, with trains going by 4 times daily, but don't worry you'll be able to hear it all with the paper thin walls. Only positive about living here is Uhaul is right next door so you can move out ASAP.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

May 26, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comPoor property management, unsafe, unhealthy conditions. Rodents, insects, trash contaminated property. Unauthorized access into your unit when you leave home. Hidden fees that u do not have to be bullied into paying. Cable services come in a package that you shouldn’t sign up for. It’s cheaper to contact a provider. Don’t waste you peace moving to this property. Nothing about the process can be trusted. You’re better off in parkhill projects.

My car was stolen within the first two weeks of living there! Over priced apartments the walls are super thin, carpets are filthy. July 19, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comAlthough the apartment community is nice, they just nickle and dime you. Since I moved in I was forced to change my ATT Uverse service to Dish Network. Basically you have no choice because Peak Living the owners get a cut from Dish by making everyone switch to Dish. Same with renters insurance. I have State Farm for at a $10/month cost but now Peak Living is making us buy insurance from them at a cost of $15/month. We have no choice to choose our own insurance and they make money on this. Same ...with trash at $25/month even if you don't want a valet trash service. The gated entrance is just for show as anyone can walk in to the community anytime. Multiple car break ins every month. Read the fine print before moving in.Read More
Don’t move here if you have pets
January 4, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comNot at all “pet-friendly”! Not sure if it is the management or “community” but there are constant complaints. Not to mention poor and unfair management. Definite preference to certain residents. We were also told that there would be no one living underneath us if we paid more to get the unit with a garage on the first floor, which is the whole reason we chose this complex. We wanted more privacy and seclusion. The leasing consultant somehow did not know that was false and we know have to deal ...with complainants over literal footsteps from our dogs walking too loudly up the stairs. Not at all comfortable living. Management doesn’t value all the guests and their feelings, just some over other. Paying this much for rent is already not ideal, but paying it and being miserable and uncomfortable in your home and harassed everyday makes it even worse. I do not recommend at all!! Don’t be fooled by how ideal and peaceful they try to make it seem on the tour. January 17, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in the apartment complex for 11 months. What they fail to tell you is that a train runs behind the apartment complex. This is not a required quite zone for the complex and you will hear the train whistle all day and throughout the night. Management fails to communicate fees for services not included in your rent. Water and Trash. Initially management indicated trash fees would be collected monthly for $25. They failed to mention an additional trash billing fee of $4.95 each month. They ...also charge a $2.50 pest control fee monthly but only spray your area if requested. Customer service for the complex is poor. Trying to communicate issues to apartment staff results in a run around and no effective resolution. Water services are averaged for your apartment building. If you live in a building with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but you live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath, you will bear the brunt of the bill all though you live in a smaller apartment. This apartment is the purest example of what looks good on the outside is not always pretty on the inside. Don't move here.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
