Great group of people We have lived here now almost 9 years. The everyone from the staff in the office, to maintenance, to people taking care of the grounds are just amazing. These past few years with updates to the property is just amazing. From new rock around the ponds, the cutting tree line back to original property line, and more! Re-doing the rock beds around the buildings. Can't wait to see what's to come in the next few years!

Window Replacement I had a weatherstripping issue between 2 panes of glass and the window needed to be replaced. Eric was very kind to keep me informed with status updates, and Andrew did a great job of installing it.

Screen door off track & screen is torn full bath door is hard to open it sticks Maintenance man was very prompt & put it back on the track and said he would put in a request to get it done on Monday as well as fixing the bathroom door
