Spacious and great views! Nice building staff

These apartments are really great- for the neighborhood and the Bay Area they are about the best of the best. Hutton Terrace is truly a neighborhood gem- we have people who move to this building from the very same block because they know this building is one of the nicest places to live in Belmont. Some of my neighbors have lived here 10-20 years. The units have fantastic views of the canyon and park off the back of the property. At night you can hear owls hooting and watch the stars. ...

Sometimes we even see rainbows off the back of the deck! Overall the place is well maintained and the staff is responsive and friendly. The property manager is on-site and she is super-responsive, helpful and nice. We've lived her for 4 years and plan on staying- very happy. ps- did I mention the GIANT CLOSETS?
