December 14, 2025My partner and I have lived here for over two years now, and we love it! It is a great quiet neighborhood, the management is responsive but not micromanaging, and the units themselves are very well kept! Nice, quiet place to live
December 8, 2025I have been here a little over 2 years and love it. I'm close to everything I need. But can sip coffee on my balcony and watch the critters play around the lake. Really a nice little community!
May 5, 2020Really impressed and a little surprised by how good this place is. I recently moved into a duplex here and the grounds seem to be kept really nice. There’s ample parking for tenants, a nice couple lakes and geese, a small swimming pool and just a nice vibe. The actual unit I’m in is spotless, clean, well maintained, decent quality and enough space for me and my two sons. The manager Tim was super efficient through the process of moving in and really helpful, responsive and professional. Great ...place to stay for awhile until I buy a house.
