December 8, 2025Hyde Square truly has some of the best amenities out of all the apartments in Bellevue. The gym, lounges, and shared spaces are modern, spacious, and always well maintained. The building feels upscale, and the amenities make daily life super convenient and enjoyable. Unfortunately, they use Fetch. Administration doesn't care about you
August 13, 20221-) Unfortunately, they use Fetch. And it doesn't matter if we complain, Fetch knows we don't have a choice because we are forced by Hyde Square to use the service. Fetch knows exactly what they need to do, it is just what they promised: same day delivery. Instead, they take several days or weeks only to log the package in the system. If it was a free market, most of the people certainly would have cancelled the service and they would need to improve the service or go out of business. The only ...thing we can do is move out of Hyde, what seems exaggerated. I hope our legislators create a law to avoid this kind of abuse. If you read the reviews from 6 months ago, you can find the administration saying they will talk to Fetch. So, don't expect any improvement. 2-) About the building itself. They have 2 (really slow) elevators per building, but for some reason each one is in a different place, what is inefficient (you can't press the button and the closest come to you). Most of the time one of them is broken. (this is happening for years). 3-) It seems no one is taking care of the building. The garage has 3 leaking pipes for almost a month. (is it the reason the water/sewer bill is $200+?)Property Manager Responded
August 19, 2022Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that there has been heightened frustration around Fetch lately. Due to this, we were able to organize an onsite meeting for all of our residents to attend and meet with our Regional Account Manager from Fetch. I hope you were able to attend and have any pending questions or concerns you had answered. Regarding the buildings, we have the two elevators spread out so that there is one at each end of the building so that everyone has an opportunity to have a shorter walk to their home. I do apologize about the water in the garage, the water you saw was from us draining the pipes so that we could install new drains to ensure proper drainage in our green spaces for everyone to enjoy. I can say that these repairs are not the cause of the increase in your water bill though. The City increases its water rates from May to September so this is the cause.
