May 18, 2019I made an appointment to look at the apartments at 1 o’clock. I showed up early and a couple that walked in maybe 2 minutes before me went on a tour even though it was about 5 minutes before my appointment time. I finally left at 1:24 because they were still not back. I do not know if these other people had an appointment but even if they did, they were late for it and still were able to go before me. The front desk did not even ask me anything she just said I’m taking them on a tour and then ...will be back to see you. It was extremely inconsiderate of my time considering I called ahead of time and made an appointment and they did not honor it.Property Manager Responded

I have chatted with my staff and they do remember you coming in and we are very sorry that we were unable to take you on a tour. We were unaware that you had previously scheduled a tour with our answering service. Afterward, we investigated and found a system error had occurred and we were not informed of your appointment. As you witnessed, we were incredibly busy with scheduled tours on Saturday and due to the system error, we did not know that there had been a double booking for a tour at that time. Giving us your time means a lot to us and we absolutely apologize for being unable to take care of you at the time you had scheduled with our answering service. We do our very best to take care of everyone in a timely manner (both scheduled and non-scheduled tours) and we are so disappointed for this ...issue that affected your tour on Saturday. As we discussed on our phone call this morning, we are more than happy to reschedule a tour or provide you a video or Facetime tour at your convenience. We are absolutely here to take care of you and would truly be proud to have another opportunity to show you why living at I STREET is such a unique and great experience.
