Please Beware
October 26, 2015This apartment complex was perfect when we first moved in, great staff, great amenities, and what we thought was a great deal on a beautiful place. 3 months later everything has changed. We will start with the water bill, each building has the water split up using a multiplier based on how many people live in the apartment. For 2 people and with 2 of the apartments in our building not rented out we have been paying 85 dollars for our water bill. YES 85 dollars! Now that is something that has ...really bothered us but not something that we would have complained too much about, then this happened. Today we got a call from someone in the office letting us know that the garage that came with our apartment actually doesn’t come with our apartment and we need to move all of our stuff out because the renter that gets the garage is now moving in. She mentioned that there was a “note” saying that we were temporarily using the garage. We had our rent increased to account for getting the garage and because it wasn’t well documented on their end there is nothing we can do about it. We are now paying more money for an apartment without a garage and an absurd water bill. Beautiful brand new apartments
August 11, 2015We have loved living here so far. The kitchens are gorgeous with granite counter tops and stainless appliances with a huge pantry. My kid loves the splash pad and we are there almost every day! We couldn't be any happier and all of our neighbors are very friendly.Review from Apartments.com

August 12, 2015This apartment is fantastic. Within 2 mins of the freeway and nearby to a ton of shopping areas. Only two exits away from the mall. Walmart, Macey's, Target, Best Buy, and many more also only an exit or two away. Residences at Mayfield has an amazing pool and large workout area. Grills and a large hot tub add an even bigger perk. Cannot hate anything about the new modern look and feel of the apartment, or the great neighbors!!Review from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015The residences at mayfield are really great apartments to live in! They are brand new apartments which means very clean, perfect if your OCD like me. The kitchen is pretty big with beautiful back splashes and granite countertops. They even come with stainless steel appliances. Washers and dryers are included. The rent is very reasonable for what you are getting. The only downside of living here is the apartments have very hard water. Every time I run a load of dishes through the dishwasher they ...come out covered in hard water stains. But if you don't mind that they are really gorgeous apartments! There's nothing better than brand-new apartments. You will pay a little bit more than most apartments in the area since you will be moving into a brand new, never-lived-in apartment.
