If the rent seems cheap, then just wait for the fees, fines, arbitrary rent hikes and failing appliances. The place is dangerous - the police are here almost daily. Packages are stolen, cars are broken into. The landlord then evicts someone randomly and says he fixed the problem. No cameras, no lights. He doesn't care. Plus there have been recent problems with both pets pooping everywhere and bedbugs. The problems all come from the long-time residents who the landlord protects for whatever ...
