I have loved living here at IMT Ahwatukee! We are so excited about the new people park and the office staff is so friendly! Not to mention the maintenance team and there quick response time!

This month is my 5th year living at Sedona and I will be moving. I have enjoyed living here under the new management and I have no complaints. The grounds are kept clean, and it is a very quiet community. Management was willing to work with me for an upgraded apartment, and I appreciate that. The only reason I am moving is to be closer to family.

GARBAGE!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Since the new ownership has taken oven it has been nothing but awful. The office staff is very rude whenever a problem is presented they get defensive and never own their faults. Water is always being turned off with out notice and water pressure is horrible. Trash service is a complete waste of money and it is mandatory with lease. Make sure anytime that you get communication from the office that it applies to you and not just certain residents. We have not received a work order from your home about water pressure. We'll be reaching out about this, and we will make sure a maintenance call is scheduled if this is still an issue.
We are currently undergoing renovations, so the water is turned off from time to time. We do give notice about these scheduled outages to our residents via email, and anything else that may potentially be disruptive. We've confirmed that your email is on our list, but we'll be checking with you to make sure you're receiving these messages.
The trash service you mention was put in place before SRG took over. We addressed some issues you had with pick-ups in early March with the vendor, and have not heard about any issues since that time. We're sorry you had to deal with that, and please let us know if this problem continued ...

We have had a terrible experience and will not be doing business with this management company again. We have a four foot hole in our ceiling which has not been repaired in over 5 days. You could tell that it had happened previously and they just covered it up. They claim that it is because my neighbor took a long bath Rediculous excuse. you advertize this place as a modern shiny new professional community but th whole place is falling apart and covered in dog poo

After having my children return home as adults with dogs and then 9 puppies, i am finally in my own apartment alone.... and enjoying my new home but find it hard to pay by myself.. I love the freedom i have of coming home and not stepping in dog doo... my kitchen is clean and my apartment smells fresh.

I've been living in Sedona Ridge apartments for 13 months and don't have any real complains. These are defiantly older apartments with thin walls and ceilings. I can hear the neighbors upstairs just walking around. When they drop something or vacuum it gets really loud.
Everything in the apartment works like how its suppose to. When I put in a work order to fix something it was resolved the next day. The office staff was always very helpful. the grounds are well kept.

We have just renewed our lease for the 8th time at this complex. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with the apartments (we are in our 3rd) the office staff and the maintenance staff. All maintenance issues are always handled in 24 hrs or less, care for the grounds and pools, hottubs, and other amenities is impeccable. We highly recommend this apartment complex!

We have just signed our new lease starting our 8th year here at Sedona Ridge apartments, we are totally pleased being here, the rental staff and the maintenance staff are outstanding. Any maintenance issues are handled in less than 24 hrs. The grounds are very well maintained as well as the pools and other amenities! I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a place to live.
