Maintenance promptness!!
July 9, 2022We have lived here for 2 years and going on 3. When we have an unexpected issue within our unit, the maintenance team always fix the problem within the same day of reporting it. We greatly appreciate their promptness as they make sure they make it their priority that each problem is resolved with satisfaction. Our AC Unit went out unexpectedly today and Mark from the maintenance team arrived within an hour after reporting it and he made every effort to make sure it was back up and running right ...away! ? The maintenance team don’t get the praise they deserve for what they do, regardless of what the weather is like outside, these guys are always out on property grounds taking care of the property needs and making sure it stays nice and clean. September 11, 2020We continue to be not only be satisfied w/our renting experience at Palm Trails, but we’ve made it our HOME for over a year & renewed/signed our lease for another! We can’t help what we can’t help. So, I can’t speak to the safety or vandalism. All I can comment on is how well the office staff has addressed the issues & concerns raising awareness for the community. I appreciate the genuine customer care for all services provided & the level of professionalism by all including Ms. Bridget G.& her ...leasing office representatives. We LOVE our dedicated hard working maintenance men “G” & “Carlos” who hustle to get things done quickly & efficiently! June 27, 2020My little tribe & I decided to renew our lease & stay for another year. The Community Manager, Ms. Bridget & staff contributed to our feeling at HOME. Whenever anything needed to be addressed regarding the lease, grounds, any inquiries or issues that arise; it was always met with compassion, understanding, promptness, & efficiency. The maintenance crew is my savior almost regularly. The guys "G" & "Carlos" are extremely appreciated for all the grueling work they do in & around our Palm Trails. ...They have always been helpful, informative, & in constant communication with my husband & I whenever a service request was made especially if we needed to wait on something to come in. So, for those reasons we make sure show how much we care & are thankul for all their efforts & hard work by giving cookies my kids bake or a special treat. Somedays, it's a simple wave "Hello" & "We See You" because I make sure my littles are grateful to those who help make this a better place for all neighbors. Together, we create an environment that breeds a sense of community & a little neighborhood worth protecting, cherishing, & truly living in.Property Manager Responded
