August 2, 2023Where do i start? Well we came to see the units back in May of 2023 in person and really came away impressed with the area of Cinco Ranch and the units. It had everything, space, pool, natural light and people were friendly. Instantly knew these were the units we wanted to call home. Considering we are New Jersey residents with children we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision for our family. We placed a deposit and secured our unit. That’s where the nightmare began. We saw a ...model home and spoke to Lisa who ensured us that whatever we were looking at finish wise was the exact same unit we would receive minus the space, layout being a lil diff and garage fitting 2 cars side by side. Well well, they ended up delivering a unit to us with CARPET FLOORING THROUGHOUT! We were on the brink of having no job, no apartment with a job transfer that didn’t align with our original move date due to their negligence of sharing this information. ?After pushing my Job transfer, loosing more vacation time we agreed on another unit that resembled the promised model home we were shown in the first place. After driving nearly 2,000 miles from NJ to IMT Cinco ranch in Katy Tx, we walked in to a pile of mess. The apartment was absolutely filthy, the guest tub was never resurfaced and you could see stains from the previous tenants mats, the cabinets were spray painted with the alphabets all over it which every time we touched would get all over our hands and clothes, the dishwasher was not working, the entire apartment was completely dirty (which they said the had a cleaning company come out, interesting). We had to skip unpacking and start CLEANING. So after driving 2000 miles is this the welcome you would like to receive? Cabinets were spray painted while my family was at home, the smell of the fumes was unbearable. Only got an apology from the maintenance person. All of the work that should of been done before we moved in was done 8 days AFTER we moved. Please do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. I cannot wait until our lease is up to move on. Our family is extemely devastated by this experience. Not luxury AT ALL. Horrible New Management
October 26, 2021All calls to the office go directly to an answering service. Even during normal business hours Maintenance requests get no response unless you complain constantly. They literally don't care about the declining state of this property. TRASH EVERYWHERE. The previous management company NEVER had these problems. Complete incompetence.
