Desert palm village is truly AMAZING!

I've had a wonderful experience living at IMT Desert Palm Village, largely due to the exceptional management. The manager Kelly is always professional, approachable, and quick to address any concerns, making sure the property is well-maintained and that residents feel valued. Communication is clear and timely, and it's obvious that the manager genuinely cares about the community. Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a great place to call home!

The move in process has been quick , easy, and yes it was a little more pricey than I was expecting with move in costs. The office , especially Garrett really made the move easy and made sure It was easy to communicate as well as any questions I had will be answered right away. I have lived here for 5+ years. The leasing office, the property manager, Kelly and the maintenance crew have given me nothing less than stellar service. I have had 1 issue in all those years when's I found that someone went in my vehicle and helped themselves to a pack of cigarettes and a few bucks in change which ended up being my fault because I didn't lock my doors that evening. the apartment exteriors have been redone. They are currently improving the grounds and the complex has never looked better. I highly recommend this property.

Rude Leasing Staff, No Patience

The property itself is bit old, but the maintenance is on time and does a good work. Worst experience with the leasing staff, didn't want to reveal the name cause it might affect the person later. Once you become the resident, the leasing staff has no respect and hung up the call for raising some concerns regarding the referral bonuses. Obviously I had a very polite tone and was understanding what the application process actually did, also being an International student I didn't want to risk my ...

reputation by unnecessarily venting out at a person. Still that person was so impatient and hung over the call, even if the call got cut out of signal issues, then she should have made a called back atleast.

I have now lived at Desert Palm for 2 years and I cannot say enough about this place!!! The office staff is amazing and so nice, they help you with absolutely anything you need! The maintenance is also incredible if you need any work order done they will be there before you know it and get it done! If you are looking for a new home this place will not disappoint you and I am so happy I made that decision 2 years ago!

Rude staff, poor communication, car got stolen, poor maintenance I.e. a tree fell on the sidewalk in a storm and didn’t get removed for weeks, cockroaches. Only stayed as long as I did because it was hard to find a place to accept my large dog. 2 years I was there, was happy to leave. Most poorly treated by leasing office members than any other apartment I’ve stayed in.
