Desert palm village is truly AMAZING!

The manager Kelly is always professional, approachable, and quick to address any concerns, making sure the property is well-maintained and that residents feel valued. Communication is clear and timely, and it's obvious that the manager genuinely cares about the community. The Best Move In Ever
May 6, 2022My girlfriend and I were out in a stressful, difficult situation. We searched for our next home in Tempe all week and the stress just kept getting worse after each apartment visit. This all changed after we meet Laine at Desert Palm. We went on tour and not even half way through we knew this was our next home. From the start Laine was so kind and helpful by listening and understanding our needs and wants. After moving in our life has been so much better and we can’t thank the staff at DPV for ...working with us. Words cannot describe how thankful we are. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
May 3, 2021I have lived here for 5+ years. The leasing office, the property manager, Kelly and the maintenance crew have given me nothing less than stellar service. I have had 1 issue in all those years when's I found that someone went in my vehicle and helped themselves to a pack of cigarettes and a few bucks in change which ended up being my fault because I didn't lock my doors that evening. Since Covid they utilized that down time to remodel the entire complex. The office was newly renovated and all ...the apartment exteriors have been redone. They are currently improving the grounds and the complex has never looked better. I highly recommend this property.Property Manager Responded

Rude Leasing Staff, No Patience
September 3, 2020The property itself is bit old, but the maintenance is on time and does a good work. Worst experience with the leasing staff, didn't want to reveal the name cause it might affect the person later. Once you become the resident, the leasing staff has no respect and hung up the call for raising some concerns regarding the referral bonuses. Obviously I had a very polite tone and was understanding what the application process actually did, also being an International student I didn't want to risk my ...reputation by unnecessarily venting out at a person. Still that person was so impatient and hung over the call, even if the call got cut out of signal issues, then she should have made a called back atleast.Property Manager Responded

Your concerns regarding a resident referral is unfortunate as we are so happy that you are referring your friends to IMT Desert Palm Village. The problem with giving you the referral bonus is the new residents told us that another resident referred them. Due to your concerns, we called the new residents to double-check and they again told us that they came to IMT Desert Palm Village on the advice of another tenant. My home for 2 years and has been the best and is my home!!
August 5, 2020I have now lived at Desert Palm for 2 years and I cannot say enough about this place!!! The office staff is amazing and so nice, they help you with absolutely anything you need! The maintenance is also incredible if you need any work order done they will be there before you know it and get it done! If you are looking for a new home this place will not disappoint you and I am so happy I made that decision 2 years ago!Property Manager Responded

Wouldnt recommend
July 19, 2020Rude staff, poor communication, car got stolen, poor maintenance I.e. a tree fell on the sidewalk in a storm and didn’t get removed for weeks, cockroaches. Only stayed as long as I did because it was hard to find a place to accept my large dog. 2 years I was there, was happy to leave. Most poorly treated by leasing office members than any other apartment I’ve stayed in.Property Manager Responded
