Not quiet/poor quality/mgmt won't help

Neighbors are so loud, jumping running, dog barking. Ceilings so thin that lights rattle when they walk. Talked to management multiple times and they say they can't do anything. Very frustrating for the amount of money we spend a month. Won't relocate us and can't break lease without paying a ton of money. Poor/cheap workmanship - wouldn't recommend it.

We fell in love as soon as we visited The Flats. We loved the look and feel as we drove in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were lots of options of apartments to rent and we loved the layout options! We also love walking around the property and nearby paths and trails. My little dog and I LOVE living at The Flats. The appliances are top notch, stainless steel. Walk-in shower (master bath) + deep soaking tub (guest bath), full size washer/dryer, granite counter tops, lots of storage space. The layout is spacious yet cozy. I'm in love with these apartments!!! There is so much to fall in love with here. The staff is beyond amazing and the property is in such a perfect location. I love being so close to everything that I need. My life is easier here with all of these amenities that are offered. The views are beautiful, and the interiors are so luxurious. Plus, I get to enjoy the perks of living in SC while living so close to NC where I work. I definitely would recommend living here!
